Overview:

The scheduling allows planning the meeting between the parties involved in a particular task of the organization, allowing them to be notified in advance. Through this menu, it is possible to schedule meetings related to nonproject tasks, problems, programs, projects, requests, or any other object that needs discussing.

The note taker participant may create the minutes of the meetings that were held, either those that were scheduled and whose participants confirmed the scheduling, or also those related to nonproject tasks, problems, programs, projects, requests or any other object, that were not scheduled.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new meeting scheduling or to create the record of a meeting that has already occurred. See further details about this operation in the Adding a meeting section.

edit

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to edit the data of a meeting or all meetings of a series (in the case of recurring meetings). Select the record before clicking on the button. See more details about this operation in the Editing a meeting scheduling section. This button will only be enabled if the status of the selected meeting is "Scheduling".

delete

Click on this button to delete the meeting selected in the list of records. This button will only be enabled if the status of the selected meeting is "Scheduling".

view

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to view the data of the meeting selected in the list of records, in "read-only" mode.

bi

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the records displayed on the main screen.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired meeting reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to cancel a meeting with the "Scheduling" status, selected on the main screen. To view the cancelled meetings, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

back

Click on this button to return a meeting with the "Scheduling confirmation" status selected in the list of records to the "Scheduling" step. To view the meetings with this status, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

next

Click on this button to send the meeting with the "Scheduling" status selected in the list of records to the next configured step. See further details about this operation in the Finishing scheduling section.

 

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.

Configure the SE Suite synchronization with the Microsoft Office 365 calendar or Google Calendar. Thus, the system will be able to create, update, and delete meetings scheduled through SE Meeting. Refer to the SE Configuration component specific documentation for further details.
