Overview:

Checklists are verification lists made up of questions that assist in the control of the steps related to the management of activities.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create a checklist. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a checklist section.

Click on this button to edit a checklist. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a checklist. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the status (active or inactive) of the record selected on the main screen. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
