Analysis tool templates

Use this menu to create the templates that may be used in the cause analysis of problem activities. Thus, it is possible to create analysis templates for each tool type (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FTA), facilitating the use when filling out the causes in activity execution.

	Click on this button to add a new template. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an analysis tool template section.
	Click on this button to edit the selected template.
	Click on this button to delete the selected template.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to edit the status (enabled or disabled) of the record selected on main screen.
