Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to follow the causes associated with the problems recorded in the system. The cause is the reason why the defect occurred. In SE Problem, the causes are associated in the Cause analysis section, during the execution of a problem activity.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the problem selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to use the OLAP Analysis resource obtained in the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add advanced filters.

Use the fields in this filter to find problems and their respective causes through information on the execution of problems (instances). It is possible to locate problems through the ID # or title of the problem, the status in which the problem is found (progress, suspended, canceled, etc.), department or name of the starter of the problem, and through the period in which the problem was started and/or closed.

Use the fields in this filter to locate problems and their causes through information about the cause associated with the problem. Define in the search whether the cause associated with the problem was the root cause or the potential cause, select the cause and/or select the department responsible for the cause.

After filling out the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to search or press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
