If a new access control is added, the Access Type field will be enabled. In this case, select one of the following options to define the access type that will be included in the security list:
▪Team: It will be composed of the members of a team previously created in SE Process. ▪Organizational unit: It will be composed of users of a particular organizational unit or department of the organization. ▪Department/Position: It will be composed of users of a certain area of the organization who perform a specific position. ▪Position: It will be composed of users who hold a specific position in the organization. ▪User: It will be composed of a specific user. ▪Functional role: It will be composed of users who play a certain functional role in the organization. ▪All: It will be composed of all users who have access to SE Problem. ▪Process starter: It will be composed by the user who reported the problem. ▪Process starter leader: It will be composed of the leading user of the problem starter.
If the access control is being edited, then the "Access Type" field is disabled, however, it will be filled out with the access control type that is being changed.
