Organization breakdown structure (OBS)

The OBS consists in the hierarchical representation of the organization of the project, which illustrates the relationship between the project tasks and the responsible parties and organizational units that will execute them. See how to view it:

First, locate and select the desired project in the list of records. After that, click on More on the toolbar.

At this point, the organizational structure of the project will be presented. The blue boxes identify the project and the subprojects contained in it, whereas the yellow ones identify the tasks. Each box will display information regarding the responsible party, allocated users, and respective departments. Click on the desired box to access the data screen of the project or task.

Use the data screen toolbar button, to print the WBS/OBS displayed.
