Overview:

Planning is the first data collection step, in which it is necessary to specify the item, the process, the activity, among other information. It is also necessary to configure the responsible team, event log, and the frequency in which the planned data collection will be executed.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select one of the following options:

New: Select this option to create a new data collection configuration. See more details about this operation in the Data collection configuration section.

Wizard: Select this option to plan a new data collection. See more details about this operation in the Planning a data collection section.

Click on this button to edit a data collection configuration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a data collection configuration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the conformity reports and the blank data collection of the desired record. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
