On the strategy map design toolbar, the user can find several buttons and menus divided in the following sections:
Record

Save
|
Click on this button to save any changes made to the strategy map.

Edit
|
Delete
|
Click on this button to delete the selected item from the structure.
|
Clone
|
Click on this button to copy the selected strategy map item. This operation may also be performed through the shortcut displayed after right-clicking on an item.
|
Select all
|
Click on this button to select all the items in the strategy map simultaneously. This operation may also be performed through the shortcut displayed after right-clicking on an item.
|
Format painter
|
Click on this button to apply the format of the item selected on the strategy map to another item.
|
Organize
|
Show grid
|
Click on this button to display grid lines on the background of the strategy map design area. To hide the grid lines, simply click on this option again.
|
Align
|
Click on the arrow located below this option and select the corresponding alternative to align left, center, up, right, or below the items selected in the strategy map.
|
Bring to front
|
Click on this button so that the selected item is in the upper layer, in front of all the other items in the strategy map.
|
Send backwards
|
Click on this button so that the selected item is in the last layer, behind all the other items in the strategy map.
|
Place
|
Click on the arrow located below this option and select the "Vertical/Horizontal" button to change the orientation of the strategy map to vertical or horizontal.

Tools

Save as image
|
Click on this button to export the strategy map design selected in the panel to a .png file.
