Overview: Through this menu, it is possible to add and manage templates. For message events triggered when sending a survey to the respondents, it is possible to configure a template that will be used to standardize the e-mails sent. The template should contain the content (text) of the email that will be sent to the respondents. In the Configuration Use the buttons on the toolbar to add, edit, and delete templates, as well as to generate reports and enable or disable the record of the template selected in the list of records.

Template menu, use the search panel to easily locate the desired templates through specific information. The result will be displayed in the list of records on the right side of the screen.
