Survey correction

The correction of the configured survey can be performed in the following locations:

a.In the list of records, select the desired survey under the "Correction" response status.

The way to perform the correction will vary according to the type of the question:
Single selection	The correct answers may be identified with the icon, while the wrong answers will be identified with the icon.
Multiple selection
Descriptive	The Correct answer, Partially correct answer and Wrong answer options will be displayed. Click on the option that corresponds to the information entered by the participant in the answer. If the Partially correct answer option is selected, enter the score that the entered answer will have in the calculation of the final score. Remember that the maximum value to be assigned to the question will be the score entered for the selected answer when associating the question with the section.

2.After correcting all the answers in the survey, click on the Finish option. At this point, the system will display the final score of the respondent and ask whether you wish to finish the correction. Click on the desired option:

Critical analysis: If the "Critical analysis" step is configured in the survey type, the system will generate the "Survey critical analysis" task for the responsible parties.

Closure: If the "Closure" step is configured in the survey type, the system will generate the "Survey closure" task for the responsible parties for the operation.

Closed: If the critical analysis and/or closure steps are not configured in the survey type, the survey will be closed.
