Through this search, it is possible to view the answers entered by the respondents in the surveys added to the system, both those answered via SE Survey itself and those coming from the integration with other components, such as surveys triggered by workflows, problems, incidents, competence evaluations and training participant effectiveness evaluations. To perform the search, access the View Response menu.
Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
Allows searching for the survey responses through specific survey information such as ID #, name, mode, responsible user, etc.

Allows searching for survey responses through the status of the responses of their information, such as the response start/end dates, obtained scores, etc.

Allows locating responses through respondent information; enter the internal user, external user, or guest user data to perform the search.

Allows locating the responses of a survey through information of the training with which the survey is associated. To do that, enter the survey identification data such as status or planning or execution dates to perform the search.

Allows locating the answers you wish to search by using the workflow with which the survey was associated. To do that, select the desired workflow or enter its ID # and/or title.

Allows locating the answers you wish to search by using the incident with which the survey was associated. To do that, select the desired incident or enter its ID # and/or title.

Allows locating the answers you wish to search by using the problem with which the survey was associated. To do that, select the desired problem or enter its ID # and/or title.

Allows locating the answers of a survey associated with an evaluation plan (SE Competence).
Evaluation plan execution: Use the fields in this filter to enter the evaluation plan data or the data of its execution.
Evaluation: Use the fields in this filter to locate the answers of a survey triggered by an evaluation (SE Competence).

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the survey type whose answers you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
