Overview:

Use this menu to create all courses related to the organization, either those taught/offered to employees or those that employees may have taken before joining the organization and that will be associated with their profile. This menu also enabled to create paths, which consist of sets of courses from a determined knowledge area.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option:

Course: Allows adding a new course. See further details in the Adding a course section.

Path: Allows adding a new path. See further details in the Adding a path section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the data of the course or path selected in the list of records. See further details in the Editing a course and Editing a path sections.

delete

Click on this button to delete the course or path selected in the list of records.

report_config

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the desired courses reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

import

Click on this button to import a course batch directly from an Excel spreadsheet. See further details about this operation in the Importing courses section.

status

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

copy

Click on this button to create a new course or path from the copy of a course/path already created in the system. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. To perform the copy of the record, give an affirmative answer to the question made by the system. Once done, the course/path data screen will be displayed to perform the required editing.

 

Use the Search filters to easily find the desired records based on specific information. Refer to the View arrowrgrayy Course menu for a detailed description of the filters.
