Changing the occurrence status

To cancel or reactivate an occurrence, first, select it in the list of records of the main screen. After that, click on the bt_cancelar_ocorrencia button on the toolbar.

 

At this point, the screen to change the status will be displayed. The Occur. #, Classification, Step and occurrence fields will be completed with the respective information of both the occurrence and the operation being performed. The following tabs are also available:

Note: To successfully change the occurrence status, it is necessary to fill out the explanation in the General tab. The History tab will be available after saving the record.

 

General

Action

Displays the operation being performed with the occurrence, that is, if it is being cancelled or reactivated.

Explanation

Enter the reason for performing this action.

History

In this tab, it is possible to view the actions (cancellation/reactivation), the previous step in which the occurrence in question was found, the responsible party and the cancellation/reactivation dates. Click on the bt_visualizar dados side toolbar button to view or edit the explanation for the action selected in the list of records.

 

After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record. The occurrence will now appear in the list of records with the status corresponding to the previously selected action.
