Allow occurrence to be finished in the identification approval step?

▪Yes: It will be possible to close the occurrence record in the Identification approval step.

▪No: It will not be possible to close the occurrence record in the "Identification approval" step.

Use the following terminology for the immediate action plan

Define whether the immediate action plan will be named by the Disposition or the Containment token. The selected tokens will also be applied to the name of the menu and of the tabs where the configurations and execution of the immediate action plan are performed.

Enable to list the occurrences and actions the user is not authorized to view?

▪Yes: The user may view the occurrences and actions recorded in the system regardless of the permissions the user has.

▪No: The user will only be able to view the occurrences and actions they have permission to view.

Cause association mode

▪Select previously input causes: The causes will be entered associatively, from a list of causes previously created through the File Cause menu.

▪Fill out cause reasons: The cause must be entered descriptively, without allowing the selection of a previously created cause.

Working days until task deadline to consider it close to due date

Enter the number of working days before the deadline in which a task will be considered close to due date.

Allow retroactive dates in action plan during the

Define if it will be possible to set dates earlier than the current date in the planning and/or execution of the actions (regardless of step), that is, if it will be possible to create actions that have already been planned and/or executed.

Perform automatic search when hierarchy is selected

▪Yes: The attachments can only be changed/deleted in the step in which they were added to the occurrence.

▪No: The attachments can be edited/deleted in every step.

In the cause analysis step for the occurrences recorded in the system, the 5 Whys will be available to be used.

The "5 Whys" diagram will not be available to be used in the occurrence cause analysis step.
