Allow only responsible user for action plan/action to delete record

The logged user can delete the actions/action plans under their responsibility.

The logged user may only delete the records they have permission to "List" in its security and in the security of the category to which they belong.

Clear the executed dates of the plan action when rejecting its verification

The execution dates will be deleted from the fields when rejecting the verification of an action of an action plan. Thus, when the responsible party executes it, the dates must be entered again.

When rejecting the verification of a plan action, the execution dates will be maintained.

Use hours and minutes in actions and plans

The "Time" field will be displayed in the actions and plans screens, and it will be mandatory to fill it out.

The "Time" field will not be displayed in the actions and plans screens.

Consider hours and minutes to calculate the deadline1

The system will consider, in addition to the dates, the hours and minutes entered in the "Time" field of the actions and plans screens to indicate the status of a plan/action.

For example, considering action "Action 001", starting "today - 14:30" and ending "today - 14:45"; if the current time is later than 14h45, the status will be displayed as "Past due". If the current time is before 14h45, the status will be displayed as "Close to due date".

The system will not consider the hours and minutes entered in the "Time" field to indicate the status of a plan/action. In this case, the plan/action status will be based only on the date (day/month/year).

Block the selection of responsible parties when they do not have permission in the respective menus

The system will not list users without permission to the planning menu in the Responsible for planning field, nor users without permission to the tracking menu in the Responsible for action plan field of the action plan.

The system will list the users, and they may be selected as responsible parties even without permission to both menus aforementioned.

Consider the current date for calculating actions under execution with a percentage of 100%

The system will compare the planned date with the current date to determine if the action is on time or past due.

The system will compare the planned date with the actual date to determine if the action is on time or past due.

Require explanation when changing action dates

The system will require the completion of an explanation when editing the planned dates of a plan action or an isolated action in the execution step. The explanation will be added as a comment to the action history.

The system will not require an explanation when editing the planned dates of a plan action or an isolated action in the execution step.

Block manual date changes after the planning step

It will not be possible to edit the dates of actions, not even through the Maintenance (PL025) menu. The user that wishes to postpone an action must create an action replanning request in SoftExpert Request, which will follow its approval flow.

Both plan and action dates can be edited by the user even after planning, as long as the user has access to the Tracking (PL006) menu.

1 - It will only be available if the "Use hours and minutes in actions and plans" option is enabled.
