Prerequisites:

None.

Overview:

System for Cross-domain Identity Management is a standard to automate the user identity information exchange between identity or IT system domains. Through this protocol, SE Suite now supports a new user synchronization method. In this format, SoftExpert Suite makes the methods available for AD so that, when information is updated in AD, it proactively transfers it to the system.

Thus, it is no longer necessary to process a large amount of information daily, enhancing the performance, avoiding processing waste, and receiving instantly updated information.

Configuration

This screen displays the information required by AD for the administrator to perform the synchronization - the "Tenant URL" (for AD to know the address from which to send the information) and the authorization token for communication. Such information is generated by SoftExpert Suite and must be entered within AD.

To configure SCIM, a screen has been created in which the system administrator will have access to the information required by AD for the administrator to perform the synchronization - the "Tenant URL" (for AD to know the address from which to send the information) and the authorization token for communication. Such information is generated by SoftExpert Suite and must be entered within AD.

Audit

This section displays all requests AD has made to SoftExpert Suite for viewing purposes.

See further details on the configuration of the synchronization via SCIM in the Directory and authentication service document.
