Overview:

To meet the specific needs of the organization, it is possible to create customized forms, different from those that exist in the system. The forms can be of the following types:

Checklist: When executing the activity, the user responsible for it will have a list of questions to be answered according to the checklist configuration.

Dynamic form: By means of the integration with the SE Form component, it is possible to create forms that may be executed directly in the SE APQP/PPAP component.

File form: The content of the form to be filled in the activity will come from a document created as a file form.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new customized form. See more details about this operation in the Customized form configuration section.

edit

Click on this button to edit a customized form. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

delete

Click on this button to delete a customized form. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
