File form type

Use this menu to create all the possible types that will classify the forms that may be associated with the customized forms. The system displays them on a data hierarchical structure in order to help in forms organization.

	Click on this button to add a new file form type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a file form type section.
	Click on this button to edit a file form type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
	Click on this button to delete a file form type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
	Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to enable or disable the type selected on the main screen. In order to view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
