Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to edit all the APQP/PPAP data, in addition to viewing their activities, schedule, and the estimated x actual comparison. The APQP/PPAP tracking allows adding new activities, resending activities to execution, or eliminating activities no longer needed for the study in question.

 

Specific buttons:

edit

Click on this button to edit the APQP/PPAP data. See more details about this operation in the Tracking APQP/PPAPs section.

view

Click on this button to view the APQP/PPAP data. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

gantt_chart

Click on this button to view the Gantt chart of the APQP/PPAP selected on the main screen. This button will become enabled when selecting a project template or project, from SE Project, whose type is configured with the integration with SE APQP/PPAP. The deletion of projects or project templates is only possible through the SE Project component.

view_form

Click on this button to view the APQP/PPAP forms. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

report

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

 

Use the Search filters, located on the left side of the main screen, to find the APQP/PPAPs saved in the system more easily.
