Overview:

The execution step starts after the end of the audit planning or preparation. In this step, auditors must verify and evaluate the requirements of the audits under their responsibility.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option:

Record data: It allows executing the audit selected in the list of records. See more details about this operation in the Executing an audit section.

SE GanttChart: This option will only be available if an audit project is selected in the list of records. In this case, use it to execute project tasks through SE GanttChart.

Click on this button to view the results of the audit selected in the list of records. See more details in the Audit evaluation result section. This button will only be available if its category has been configured with 19011 scope (requirement audit) and result permission is enabled.

Click on this button to view the data of the record (audit/audit project) selected in the listing in read-only mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the project schedule or SE GanttChart.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel. This button will not be enabled if the status of the selected record is "To be started".

Click on this button to return to the audit selected in the list of records to the previous step. On the screen that will open up, enter an explanation to perform this operation and save the record.

Click on this button to send the audit selected in the list of records to the next configured step.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the third quadrant will display the details about the audit selected in the list of records in the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
