Configuring a result criterion

On main the screen toolbar, click on the button. Fill out the ID # and the name of the data screen that will be opened.

 

 

Save the record. The following tabs will be enabled:

 

General

In this section, enter relevant information about the criterion.

 

Result classification

Use this section to define the levels that will be used to classify the results of the audits evaluated by means of this criterion. If the evaluation criterion revision status is "Current" or "Obsolete", this tab will only be available for viewing.

To create a classification for the result of an audit, click on the button.

On the screen that will be displayed, enter an ID # and a name for the result classification.

In the General section, select an icon and a color for the result classification. If necessary, describe the result in the field at the bottom of the screen.

In the Value section, select one of the options for the result criterion classification in question:

Fixed: This option allows the result classification value to be unique. In the Fixed value field, enter the value that the result classification will have.

Variable: This option allows the result classification value to be within a determined interval. For that, fill in the following fields:

Min. value: Enter the minimum value the result classification will have.

Max. value: Enter the maximum value the result classification will have.

Default value: Enter the default value the result classification will have.

Not applicable: It will not be necessary to enter values.

 

5.

Save the record after filling out the necessary fields.

 

Revision

This section displays the ID #, the status, and the parties responsible for creating and releasing the audit criterion revision. Use the Comment tab to enter important information about the result criterion revision.
