Final destination

At this menu it is possible to receive transfer forms of final destination issued. The responsible users for this operation, as well as the deadline to perform it, have been specified in the record retention schedule that has been associated with the category of related documents to the transfer form that will be received.

	Click on this button to receive a transfer form of final destination. See further details about this operation in the Final destination form receiving section.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the transfer form selected from the list of records in "Read-only" mode.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
