Revision process configuration

For the steps of the revision to be performed through a workflow flow, you will first need to configure a process. See, then, the steps needed to configure a revision process:

 

1.First of all, create and configure the process that will be used for the revision:

 

 

2.Check the Enable automation field and select the "Survey" component.

 

3.Access the flowchart and perform the process modeling to define the steps of the revision and their respective responsible parties. For the revision processes, it is necessary to have a status associated with the first element of the process flowchart:

 

 

In the SE Process component, it is possible to configure statuses with specific controls according to the need of each activity. For example: controlling the editing of the data of an object during a certain step. See further details in the SE Process component documentation.

Check the "Start new cycle" option to increase the revision cycle number/letter whenever the activity is executed.

 

After designing the process, check for errors and save it. It will later be associated with the type of the surveys whose revision will be controlled by the configured process.
