See how to capture the e-mails sent to an account:

First, configure the verification scheduling of the e-mail account. Refer to the Email import configuration section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.

Send an e-mail to the same user whose e-mail account was entered in the scheduling:

Wait for the moment of the execution of the verification according to the recurrence frequency configured in the scheduling.

When the verification is executed, the e-mail will be captured and recorded in the Inbox tab of the scheduling. The action will be executed in the document according to the rule set in the scheduling, such as add to history or execute activity from the document.
