Deleting a document

To delete a document, access the File Document (DC003) menu and perform the following steps:

 

1.In the list of records, locate and select the desired document. If you wish to delete more than one document, use the CTRL and SHIFT keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one document at a time.

 

2.Click on the toolbar button. In order to perform this operation, it is necessary to have the "Delete" control allowed in the security of the document.

 

3.On the screen that will open, enter an explanation for the deletion.

 

4.Save the record.
