In addition, documents should not only be routed intelligently to support day-to-day activities but should also be secured and controlled end-to-end to protect corporate assets and avoid litigation later.

SE Document is a software that enables the organizations to effectively and efficiently manage electronic and paper document management throughout their entire lifecycle - capture, create, classify, publish, and store, archive, and destroy. Any authorized person - employees, customers, suppliers or partners - can manage and work on their documents securely anytime, anywhere in the world. SE Document also minimizes the risks and costs associated with a growing number of regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes, such as those related to ISO 9000 - Quality Management, Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 - Electronic Records Keeping, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, and others.

SE Document is divided in the following menus:

Configuration

Allows configuring teams that may compose the security of documents and document categories, as well as categories themselves, templates, signatures, complex file containers, attributes, checklists, copy distribution, identification masks, dynamic navigators, general parameters of this component, and more.

File

Allows creating documents, associating documents with the copy stations, managing the security list of documents and document keywords.

Management

Allows sending documents to third parties, distribute, revise and revalidate those documents that have been created in the system.

Execution

Allows executing several operations related to documents.

View

Allows viewing and tracking documents and tasks.
