Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible reasons why the items created in the system may be revised.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new revision reason. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a revision reason section.

Click on this button to edit a revision reason. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a revision reason. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

The reason is associated with the item revision through the General tab on the revision data screen.
