Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to program the execution of the maintenance route plan activities. It is possible to program when the activities defined in the maintenance route plan will be executed. The main screen is divided into three quadrants: the first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the plans and their maintenance route activities more easily. The second quadrant displays the maintenance route plans created in the system, and the third quadrant displays the programmed activities of the plan selected in the second quadrant.

Click on the arrow next to this button, located in the second quadrant, to configure and issue the desired activity blank form and activity form reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to program a maintenance route activity. See more details on this operation in the Creating maintenance route activities section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the maintenance route activity selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the maintenance route activity selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the listing of activities of the programming route through a Gantt chart.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to enable/disable the maintenance route activity selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a maintenance activity section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new maintenance route from the copy of a previously created maintenance. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. After confirming the request made by the system, the created maintenance route will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the previous step.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the next step. In the programming step, the maintenance route activity will be sent to the execution step; if the activity is configured to have approval, before going to execution, the system will generate the Programming approval task.
