Creating a programmed maintenance activity

See, in this section, how to program maintenances in the system:

 

1.Click on the new toolbar button to create a new maintenance activity. At this point, the system will display a screen to define the standard activity that will be used by the maintenance. Select the From a standard activity option to create the maintenance activity from a standard activity. To do this, select the Activity to be copied in its respective field.

Remember that calibration activities may not be selected on this screen.

Standard activities must be created in SE Asset, through the File arrowrgrayy Standard activity menu, otherwise, use the new_small button to create a new standard activity. Refer to the SE Asset documentation for the details of this operation.

 

2.After defining the maintenance activity, the system will display the programmed maintenance plan screen:

3.In the General data arrowrgray General data section, fill in the following fields:

ID #: Enter an ID # for preventive maintenance activity. Remember that, if the standard activity of the preventive maintenance plan was configured to use a mask, when generating the automatic identifier, the respective mask will be displayed. This field may be disabled if the respective configuration is also set in the standard activity of the preventive maintenance plan.

Asset(s): Use this field to associate assets or asset templates with maintenance. On the new screen, select the desired asset and save your selection. At this point, the asset will be displayed under this field, allowing other assets or templates to be selected.

Planning: Use this field to enter maintenance activity planning data:

Start: Enter the planned start date and time to start maintenance. This field is filled in with the current date and time; however, it is possible to edit them.

End: Enter the planned end date and time to end maintenance. The Duration field will be calculated automatically by the system.

Execution: Execution fields can only be filled when the activity is in the "Execution" step. However, it will be possible to edit the Responsible team, in charge of executing the preventive maintenance. To define a specific performer, enable this option by clicking on the button next to the Executor field, and then select the user that will execute the preventive maintenance.

 

4.Once all required fields are completed, the maintenance activity data can be saved for the first time. To do that, click on the Save button to save the data.
