Overview:

The Lean Process is a business strategy that aims at reducing the seven types of waste: Defects, Inventory, Movement, Overprocessing, Overproduction, Transportation and Waiting. These waste products are already available in this menu and it will still be possible to create other wastes, with a choice of multiple languages.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new lean waste. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a lean waste section.

edit

Click on this button to edit a waste selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete a waste selected in the list of records.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

 

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, type, and/or status).
