Cause

Create through this menu all possible causes of defects that have been identified in the system. The cause is the reason why the defect occurred. In SE Process, causes and defects are associated with the attribute type characteristics.

	Click on this button to create a new cause. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a cause section.
	Click on this button to edit the cause selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the cause selected in the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on main screen.
