Creating a cost

1.

On the main screen toolbar, click on the button.

2.

Fill out the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

ID #: Enter a number/code for the cost.

Name: Enter a name for the cost.

Unit value: Enter the cost unit price.

Description: Enter additional descriptions about the cost.

3.

Save the record after filling out the required fields.
