Task:

My problems

Who receives it:

User who created the record of the problem.

When:

Once the problem is recorded.

Purpose:

To allow the user to track the problems they started and that are in progress.

 

How to track this task:

 

1.

Select the desired problem from the list of pending records.

 

2.

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the problem selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the problem selected from the list of records.

It is important to point out that a problem may always be executed by the starter, provided that it is in the first activity of the flow. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the starter to have the Delete control allowed in the problem security list.

Click on this button to view the flowchart of the problem selected from the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the possible options of available reports for this menu.

Click on this button to edit the status of the problem selected from the list of records. When a problem is closed, postponed or canceled, it will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

On the "Enabled activity" column, when hovering the mouse over the activity name, it will be displayed as a link. By clicking on the name of the activity, a pop-over menu will be displayed with some of the information regarding the activity, such as the deadline, the date in which it was enabled, the executor type and the executor. It will also display links to the following operations:

Execute activity: Use this option to execute the activity that has the flow of the problem selected in the list of records.
