Prerequisite:

Logged-in user must be responsible for or member of the team responsible for the project/program

 

Overview:

This menu is used to eliminate projects or programs saved in the system permanently, regardless of their statuses. The users with access to this menu can view the projects and programs they are responsible for or the responsible team member and those whose security has been defined as public.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to delete a project or program selected in the list of records. For the deletion to be performed, confirm the system request. Note that projects or programs that have a relationship cannot be deleted.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the project or program selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the SE GanttChart or the schedule (of the project or of the program) selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue project reports, tasks and program. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

This button will only be displayed on the toolbar if SE Project is integrated with SE Risk. Click on it to create a risk plan of the project selected in the list of records. Refer to the specific SE Risk documentation for further details on risk plans.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
