Task:

Risk tracking

Who receives it:

User responsible for the tracking defined at the time of the risk association with the project.

When:

If the risk has a tracking period set, this task will be generated on the start date of the period. If there is no tracking period defined for the risk, this task will be generated when the status of the project with which it is associated is executed.

Purpose:

Monitor the risks identified in the project in execution.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.In the list of pending records, select the desired risk.

 

2.On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the risk selected in the list of records. On the Evidence tab of the screen that will be opened, it is possible to enter if the risk occurred or not, when it occurred and to enter comments about the occurrence of the risk in question.

Click on this button to view the project data screen to which the selected risk is associated.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the SE GanttChart or the project schedule to which the risk is associated.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to finish the tracking of the risk in question. When clicking on this button, make sure all the risk-related actions have been performed and that the Evidence tab on the risk data screen is duly filled out.

 

3.After finishing the risk tracking, it will not be displayed in the list of pending records.
