Configuring a communication item

To configure a new communication item, in the main screen toolbar, click on the button.

Fill out the following fields on the data screen that will be displayed:

ID #: Enter a number or code to identify the communication item.

Name: Enter a name to the communication item.

Save the record after filling in the necessary fields.
