Postponing a data collection

The system allows collection records with different statuses to be postponed.

 

Only records with the (In progress) or the (To be started) status can be postponed.

 

1.Access the Management Collection tracking menu.

 

2.Select the collection to be postponed.

 

3.On the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow located next to the More button and select the Postpone data collection option.

 

4.At this point, the selected collection will be postponed. Postponed data collections may be identified by the icon in the S column.
