Location: View  Revision
Overview:
Use this menu to view the revisions performed in the supplies saved in the system (that have this control configured) regardless of the step they are in.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to the button to view the supply data screen or view the data of the revision selected from the main screen.

Click on the arrow located next to the button and select the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.
|
|
Click on this button to configure and issue a new report or associate an existing report.
|
|
Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. By selecting this option, the system displays, in one of the quadrants, the details of the supply selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the filters described below to find the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use such filters, go to Search filters panel and click on the  button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Supply: Select the supply whose revision you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the supply whose revision you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the supply whose revision you wish to search.
Status: Select the option corresponding to the status of the supply record you wish to search.

Storerooms: Select the storeroom with which the supply whose revision you wish to search is associated.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the storeroom with which the supply whose revision you wish to search is associated.
Name: Enter the name of the storeroom with which the supply whose revision you wish to search is associated.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the supply whose revision you wish to search, the operator, and a value for it. In order to use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat the procedure described above.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
