Click on this button to edit the data of the selected record. To successfully perform this operation, the logged-on user must have the Edit control allowed in the security list of the record in question. Refer to the Editing an action plan and Planning an isolated action sections for a detailed description on the data screen of each record.

Click on this button to delete the record selected on the main screen. On the screen that opens, enter an explanation for the deletion. To successfully perform this operation, the logged-on user must have the Delete control allowed in the security list of the record in question.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import an action plan structure from an .xls file. See further details on this operation in the Importing actions to the plan section. This functionality will not be available for isolated actions.

Click on this button to export the structure of the action plan selected in the list of records to an .xls file. This spreadsheet must be used as a template for a further import. This functionality will not be available for isolated actions.

Click on this button to add a new action plan from the copy of an already created action plan. On the screen that opens, locate and select the desired action plan and save the selection. The created plan will be displayed in the list of records.

Click on this button to close the planning of the record selected in the listing and send it to the next configured step. See further details in the Finishing planning section.
