Overview:

A functional role consists of the collection of attributes, qualifications, skills, and knowledge, such as systems analyst, systems programmer, coordinator, etc., defined according to the production process and assumed by certain users, so that the company can achieve organizational goals. In the first quadrant of this menu, the search filters are displayed, which allow you to locate the desired functional roles more easily. In the second quadrant is presented the hierarchy of the functional roles in the system, while in the third quadrant are presented the users associated with the selected functional role in the second quadrant.

 

Specific Buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new functional role. See further details about this operation in the Creating a functional role section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the selected functional role in the second quadrant hierarchy.

delete

Click on this button to delete the functional role selected in the second quadrant hierarchy. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

 

Use "Search Filters" to find the records more easily, through information specific to the functional role, such as ID #, name, and status of the record and/or user information associated with the role: user ID, name, own user, leader position, or user record status.
