See how to cancel or reactivate a protocol:

In the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the desired protocol.

Then, click on More on the toolbar and select the desired option: Cancel protocol or Reactivate protocol.
▪It will be possible to cancel protocols with the "To be started" and "In progress" status. The system will only allow the protocols with the "Cancelled" status to be reactivated. ▪To successfully perform this operation, the logged user must have the "Cancel" control allowed in the type of the protocol. |

On the screen that will open, enter an explanation for the operation to be performed

Save the record. If the protocol has been canceled, it will be displayed in the list of records with this status. If the protocol has been reactivated, it will be displayed in the list of records with the status that it presented before it was cancelled.
