Through this menu, it is possible to check the transmittal forms created in the system, regardless of its situation, of the type of movement mode related to them.
If necessary, use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
Select one of the options to set if the search result will be displayed in the list of records through Document transmittal form or through Document.
When selecting the Document option, in addition to the columns displaying the data of the transmittal forms, the columns with the data of the documents associated with them will also be shown. It is important to point out that if one document transmittal form has more than one associated document, such transmittal form will be displayed more than once in the list of records.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the document transmittal form you wish to view.
Type: Select if the movement type of the document transmittal form that you desired to view is input or output.
Status: Click on the button placed on the side of the field and check the possible status(es) in which the document transmittal form you wish to view is found: issued and closed.
Record user: Select the user who created the transmittal form that will be viewed. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it in with the logged user data and clear the filled in value.
Participants: Use the information of the participants involved in the document transmittal form you wish to view to find it. To do that, select the Department and the responsible user or the Company and contact that appears as sender/recipient of the document transmittal form that you wish to view.
Issue period: In the Last __ day(s) field enter the number of days prior to the current date, which covers the date of issuance of the document transmittal form you wish to view. The user can also use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the date on which the document transmittal form you wish to view was issued.

Transmittal method: Select the transmittal method of the document transmittal form being searched for.
Reason: Select the reason for sending the document transmittal form that will be viewed.
Return transmittal: Select the return transmittal form that will be viewed.
Deadline: In the Last __ day(s) filed enter the number of days before the current date, covering the issue date of the return transmittal form that you wish to view. The user can also use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the date when the return transmittal form that you wish to view, should be issued.
Return period: In the Last __ day(s) field enter the number of days prior to the current date, which covers the date of issue of the return transmittal form that you wish to view. The user can also use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the date when the return transmittal form that you wish to view, was actually issued.

Use the fields in this filter to find the document transmittal form via the document related to it. To do this, select the category to which the document belongs to or enter the ID #, title/summary and/or the author of the document in question. When checking the Display lower level records option, the categories that are below the hierarchy of the selected category will also be considered in the view.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the document transmittal form you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute to this filter, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
