Process with automation for SE Incident enabled.

Overview:

Create through this menu all the types that will classify the incident records that will be created in the system. To make it easier to organize them, these types will be displayed in a hierarchical structure, which is totally parameterizable according to the user's needs.

 

Specific buttons:

Add

Click on this button to add a new incident type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an incident type section.

Change/Edit

Click on this button to edit the incident type selected in the list of records.

Delete

Click on this button to delete the incident type selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to configure and issue the possible options of available reports for the menu.

Change status

Click on this button to edit the status (enabled or disabled) of the record selected on main screen.
