Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible types that will classify the forms that will be created in the system. For better organization, the types will be displayed hierarchically.

Click on this button to add a new form type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a form type section.

Click on this button to edit the form type selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the form type selected in the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on their specific status.
