Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible risk sources that may be associated with the plans during their management steps. A risk source is understood as any element, source, or situation with the potential to cause harm or cause the risk to happen.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new risk source. See more details about this operation in the Creating risk sources section.

Click on this button to edit the risk source selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the risk source selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import risk sources from an .xls file through an import wizard.
|
|
Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information.
