Overview:

When you create plans or templates of a type that has revision configured, the system will create the revisions during the creation of each record. Whenever necessary, the user and team members responsible for the plan or template may create new revisions for it. In the first quadrant, the search filters are presented, which allow you to locate the desired plans and templates more easily. The second quadrant displays the records created in the system, while the third quadrant displays the revisions through which the record selected in the second quadrant has passed or is passing.

 

The differential of SE Risk is that plans can be created from the process, scorecard, project and asset menu, as long as the object type is properly configured with a risk plan type. In other words, when creating a plan in the process creation menu, for example, the selected process will be used as the scope of the plan being created. Thus, when revising this process, the revision of the risk plan will be automatically created, but without the need to carry out the revision of the plan, as it will accompany the revision of the process.

 

In SE Risk, in addition to the standard revision flow (called ISO9000 standard), it is allowed to instantiate a process (workflow) to proceed in the revision flow.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new revision. See more details on how to perform this operation in the Revising records section.

Click on this button to edit the revision data of the record in progress selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete a revision of the selected record. It is important to point out that the user will not be able to delete current revisions, but only those that are obsolete or are in progress, as far as this is not the only plan revision.

Click on this button to access the structure of the record selected in the list of records. This button is available if the logged-on user has the allowed Edit control in the security of the plan and if the revision status is Draft. If the plan revision is released, when accessing the structure, the user with the appropriate permission, can perform actions such as add a new evaluation, add an event or create an action plan.

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the data from the record selected in the second quadrant or the data from the revision selected in the third quadrant in "read-only" mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to force the revision closure, without having to go through the configured steps.
