To create a new SWOT analysis, click on the

button on the main screen toolbar. On the screen that will open, select the type that will classify the analysis.

To edit the data of an analysis, select it in the list of records and click on the

button.

On the data screen that will be displayed, enter the ID # and the team that will be responsible for the SWOT analysis:

After saving the data for the first time, the other tabs will be available to be filled out. See the description for each available tab:

On the General tab, enter the general information about the risk source.

Strength

Enter the resources and capabilities of the organization that can be combined to generate competitive advantages for the organization. To do this, click on the button on the side toolbar of the quadrant and on the screen that opens, enter a name and describe the strength that you wish to add to the SWOT analysis. The Associated record tab is only valid if the SE Performance component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization and is enabled when the strength in question is associated with an element of the scorecard structure.

Weakness

Enter the organization's most vulnerable points compared to the same points of current or potential competitors. To do this, click on the button on the side toolbar of the quadrant, and on the screen that opens, enter a name and describe the weakness you wish to add to the SWOT analysis. The Associated record tab is only valid if the SE Performance component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization and is enabled when the weakness in question is associated with an element of the scorecard structure.

Opportunity

Enter the possibilities of growth, profit, and strengthening of the organization. To do this, click on the side toolbar button of the quadrant and on the screen that opens, enter a name and describe the opportunity that you wish to add to the SWOT analysis. The Associated record tab is only valid if the SE Performance component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization and is enabled when the opportunity in question is associated with an element of the scorecard structure.

Threat

Enter the changes in the environment they represent threats to the survival of the organization. To do this, click on the side toolbar button of the quadrant and on the screen that opens, enter a name and describe the threat that you wish to add to the SWOT analysis. The Associated record tab is only valid if the SE Performance component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization and is enabled when the threat in question is associated with an element of the scorecard structure.

Use the other side toolbar buttons of each quadrant to edit or delete the strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats added in the SWOT analysis. Note that by clicking on the strength/weakness/opportunity/threat name, its data screen will open.
