Prerequisites:

▪The "Select previously input causes" option checked in the "Cause association mode" section of the general parameters

Overview:

Use this menu to create all the possible causes of the nonconformities identified in the system. These causes will be, further on, analyzed and deleted to avoid their recurrence.

Specific buttons:

	Click on this button to create a new cause. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a cause section.
	Click on this button to edit the cause selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the cause selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to enable/disable the record on the system that is selected on the main screen.
