Location: View Action
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to locate the actions used in the treatment of the occurrences saved in the system, regardless of the step they are in.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to search for actions that have already been created in the system. To locate a specific action, use the search filters described below and click on the button after that. The automatic search can be configured in the general parameters.

Click on this button to clear the values entered in the search filters.

Click on this button to display/hide the search filters.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data of the action selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to issue a report with the data of the action selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Issuing a report section.

Click on this button to issue a report with the data of the occurrence to which the selected action belongs. See further details about this operation in the Issuing a report section.
|
|
Click on this button to issue a customized report of the occurrence to which the selected action belongs. See further details about this operation in the Issuing a report section.

Click on this button to issue a report with the general data of all the actions displayed in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Issuing a report section.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information:
First of all, select the desired option to build the view hierarchy: Classification or Department (Execution), i.e., according to the selected option, the corresponding hierarchy will be displayed. Check the Display lower level records option, so that the records of the levels below the item selected in the hierarchy are also considered in the search.

Action deadline: Check the option that corresponds to the status of the deadline of the action you wish to view: on time, close to due date, or past due. If this last option is selected, enter the number of days past due.
Action type: Select the type of the action you wish to view.
Step: Check the options that correspond to the execution steps of control and treatment of nonconformities (Containment, Investigation, Action plan, or Standardization) in which the action you wish to view may be found.
Status: Check the options that correspond to the status (Planning, Execution, Verification, or Closed) in which the action you wish to view may be found.
Keyword: Enter a word or part of a word that belongs to the name of the action you wish to view.
Approved: Enter whether the action plan, which the action you wish to view belongs to, has been approved, rejected, or both.
Immediate action: Enter whether the action you wish to view is an immediate action or not.

Schedule/Cost: The following sections are available:
▪Estimated: Select the date range that covers the period estimated for the beginning and the end of the action. Enter also the values that cover the estimated cost for the action you wish to view. ▪Actual: Select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the action. Enter also the values that cover the actual cost of the action you wish to view. ▪Implementation verification: Select the date range that covers the verification period of the implementation of the action you wish to view. Responsible: The following sections are available:
▪Execution: Select the department and/or the user responsible for the execution of the action you wish to view. ▪Implementation verification: Select the department and/or the user responsible for the verification of the implementation of the action you wish to view.

Occurrence period: Select the date range that covers the date of the identification of the occurrence you wish to view. This field will be automatically filled in with a specific period if the respective option is checked in the profile defined as default for the logged user.
Occur. #: Enter the ID # range that covers the ID # of the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs.
Status: Check the option that corresponds to the status of the occurrence that belongs to the action you wish to view: Open, Concluded or Cancelled.
Step: Select the execution step in which the occurrence that belongs to the action you wish to view is found.
Keyword: Enter a word or part of a word that belongs to the name of the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs.
Classification: Select the classification to which the occurrence whose action you wish to view belongs.
Occurrence department: Select the department where there was the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs. This field will be automatically filled in with the default department if the respective option is checked in the profile defined as default for the logged user.
Owner dept.: Select the department that issued the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs.
Owner: Select the user who issued to the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs.
Severity: Select the severity level of the occurrence to which the action you wish to view belongs.

The result will be displayed on the right side of the screen, divided in the following tabs.

Details

Allows viewing the records returned by the search. Use the columns of list of records and the buttons on the toolbar, described in the "Specific buttons" section, to view the desired data. In addition, it is possible to select by which type of data you wish to sort the records displayed, and whether the order should be ascending or descending. In this tab, when double-clicking a record, the system will display the occurrence data screen for viewing or the occurrence report, according to the definition set in the profile defined as default for the logged user.

Summary

Allows grouping the records returned by the search in order to prioritize information. To do that, select the desired options in the fields in the "Group by" section and click on the "Search" button located next to the field.

Total
|
Displays the actions retrieved by the search, sorted by the occurrence treatment step in which they are and totaling their information by: quantity, estimated cost, actual cost, difference between the actual and estimated cost, and the percentage of the difference between the estimated and the actual cost.
