Creating a defect

To edit the data of a defect, select it in the list of records and click on the button.

On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the defect. In the Type field, select the type that will classify the defect. This field will be displayed filled out by the system if, in the main screen search panel hierarchy, a defect type is selected; however, it is possible to edit it.

After that, save the record.
